NHS England Digital Academy
The first cohort of the NHS Digital Academy took place in 2018. I was selected to be part of this cohort and co-design the programme of blended learning. I graduated from the programme on the 13th November 2019 at the House of Lords, London.
The programme covers six modules to support digital transformation within the NHS and is developed by The University of Edinburgh, Imperial College and Harvard University. It is the only programme to develop Digital Leaders for Healthcare with both participation of Clinical and Non-Clinical staff.
During 2019 I joined the faculty team as a mentor and online tutor. The programme has been successful in developing senior digital leaders and was recommissioned in 2021 for another five years.
